AEB IS AN OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE 6^TH TECHNICAL SEMINAR OF CAP CLASSIQUE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION

AEB will be an official sponsor of the 6^th Technical Seminar of Cap Classique Producers Association (CCPA), which gathers South Africa producers who share a passion for bottle-fermented sparkling wines, made according to the traditional method (Méthode Champenoise).

The conference will be held from the 21^st to the 22^nd of July at the Allee Bleue Wine Estate and Conference Center located in Franschhoek.

The seminar will cover a wide variety of topics and includes a number of experts and guest speakers from France, Portugal and South Africa.

The CCPA was established in 1992 with the goal of promoting South Africa’s premium Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) wines, as well as the common interests of producers. The association also intends to establish MCC as a generic term to describe these wines, ensuring that it is recognized both locally and in the international marketplace.
