Dry active top fermenting yeast strain for fermentation of traditional German style Kölsch & Altbier
Nothing makes a task easier than having the right tools and that is why AEB have released Fermoale German K to give brewers exactly the right tool needed to produce authentic the Kölsch (German Ale) and Alt style beers of Cologne and Düsselforf.
Fermoale German K gives the light fruity yeast aroma notes that characterise these top-fermenting beer styles and also enables brewers to experiment with neutral style beers upon which more subtle aromas and flavours can be advantageously displayed.
AROMA & FLAVOUR CHARACTERISTICS
Gives a neutral profile that allows the expression of malt characters to give a dry clean finish.
There is a very low level of diacetyl and subtle ester notes of pear, apple and citrus.
