PROTAN Plus
Blend of Quebracho and Acacia tannins and inactivated yeast high in natural polysaccharides for ageing red wines
PROTAN Plus is the ideal adjuvant in the fermentation of red musts. It enables the production of wines with a more intense and stable colour, softer and rounder, with a balanced tannic structure and in which the polyphenolic and aromatic heritage of the grape is preserved and enhanced. It also protects against oxidation and increases the persistence and gustative length of the wines.
Used from the second part of fermentation and during maturation, Protan Plus enables wines with a marked softness, less astringency and more volume in the mouth to be obtained.
The specific inactive yeast rich in mannoproteins guarantees a high supply of these compounds in the must.
