BRAZIL: QUATÁ CHOOSES AEB FOR THE CIP WASHING WITH CELON MPB

Training course about one-phase acid CIP detergency for the operators of the factory Quatá in Teodoro Sampaio (Brazil).

On October 3, our commercial technicians Túlio Alvarenga Pereira (at the centre of the photo) and Dianes Payva Torres (the second from the right) carried out a training on the advantages, the correct management and the analytical control of the one-phase acid CIP washing based on the product Celon MPB, at the factory Quatá in Teodoro Sampaio (Brazil).

All the operators of production and QC laboratory of the plant involved in this innovation attended the training.

Once the industrial test period ended, the Management of the factory decided to adopt this technology.

The decision represents an important step in the partnership between AEB and the Quatá Alimentos Group, which today has seven milk and cheese production facilities in Brazil, and transforms into finished products about 2 million litres of milk per day.

The adoption of Celon MPB is part of the sustainability policy of Quatá Alimentos.
