One of the issues related to bottling concerns bottle management. Indeed, at this stage, for various reasons, not all bottles can be used. The most common reasons are: suboptimal filling levels, broken or battered corks, the first and last turns of the filler where for the most part there is wine inside the filler, breakage during filling, etc.

The recovery of these bottles is complex because it is not easy to empty them and immediately return them to the supply tank at the filling machine. This system connects to the tank through a check valve and can be connected either through a valve or from the top of the tank.

The solution created to facilitate bottle recovery is called WINE RECOVERY SYSTEM.

WINE RECOVERY SYSTEM allows bottles to be emptied inside a vessel equipped with an air pump, which allows the wine to be immediately sent to the buffer tank. This ensures rapid re-addition of the wine to the bulk without altering the organoleptic characteristics of the product in any way.

CLEANING AND HANDLING

The presence of a micro-perforated screen at the top of the tank ensures the rapid removal from the wine of any impurities, which, however, will then be blocked during the microfiltration stage.

The system can also be used as a feeder for adding products to regular or pressurized tanks.

WINE RECOVERY SYSTEM is equipped with a lid and is easy to clean, either by using foaming sprayers or manually.

The screen above it is also easy to clean: just disassemble it after the work is done and remove any residue from the surface with detergents and running water.
