Specific treatment with fumaric acid and tannins
Formulated with fumaric acid, gallic tannins and proanthocyanidins, Protect-F has a bacteriocidal and bacteriostatic and antioxidant action.
It reduces, and in some cases eliminates, unwanted bacterial load.
PROTECT-F thus plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of contamination due to lactic acid bacteria, facilitating work in the cellar; it also enables malic preservation and its use makes it possible to reduce the use of SO2.
Wines obtained after the addition of Protect-F are fresh and clean on the nose.
This product is used in white and rosé wines.
