ZYMASIL® Pronto Blanc
Yeast for direct inoculation
ZYMASIL Pronto Blanc is a blend for direct inoculation between yeast and specific nutrients that can successfully ferment without being rehydrated. It is therefore easy to use and guarantees high fermentation performance.
It is used for white winemaking and is composed of selected active dry yeast and specific nutrients. Its formulation is the result of years of studies carried out by AEB's research team, which has deepened the yeast-nutrient relationship in order to be able to eliminate yeast rehydration.
From an organoleptic point of view, this yeast favours slight fruity and floral hints but does not change the varietal profile of the wine.
