Bat-Mann is a product made up of yeast derivatives and mannoproteins, designed for enhancing the taste, giving sweetness, roundness and volume. It also helps improving the tartaric stability of wines. Bat-Mann is particularly suitable to give a higher amplitude of taste to structured wines, it softens the taste sensations of the most astringent tannins.
