OXYGEN DOSING EQUIPMENT
This equipment has many functionalities: it allows optimal preparation of the pied de cuvé and promotes the fermentation process. It assists stabilisation of colour when the alcoholic content is greater than 8% vol. and removes the states of reduction in combination with Ellagitan, Desulfin or Boisélevage, serving as a substitute for any decanting.
The resulting wines are more open, fresh and free from those notes of reduction that inhibit its real aromatic perception.
