TANIBLANC Fresh is a blend of proanthocyanidins and gallotannins, with a sweet and fresh taste, which enables the production of wines that are pleasant and in line with market demands, reducing oxidised and tired notes.
The polyphenolic characteristics of TANIBLANC Fresh protect white and rosé wines. This tannin allows fresh aromatic scents, reminiscent of balsamic and spicy notes, to be maintained. Used in fermentation, it protects and promotes the formation of aromatic citrus notes.
