SAFE AND AUTOMATIC PRODUCT UNLOAD SYSTEM

The Safe and Automatic Product Unload System is an equipment designed to make the sampling procedure of the products from the big (or other container) to the tanks automatic, simple and safe for the operators.

The direct sampling of drastically reduces the use, and therefore the consequently disposal, of plastic tanks. This in turn generates a decrease in disposal costs and greater environmental sustainability.

Just follow three simple steps to use the Automated syphon for containers.

After connecting the equipment to 220V electricity and compressed air:

  the suction tube is immersed in the container where the product is taken;

  insert the filling lance into the tank;
• 03
  press the button and the liquid will start to flow into the tank up to the set level. Press and hold the button on the delivery lance until the maximum level is reached if you want to fill the entire canister, or leave the button to stop the flow at the desired level.
