AUTOCLAVE DOSING UNIT

The autoclave dispenser is specific for the transfer and injection of already dissolved products in circuits under a pressure up to 7 Bar. This system is certified for food use and, therefore, can also be used for ingredients.

Its light weight and the stability of its non-slip feet make any handling easy.

The autoclave dispenser is available in 2 models: with pump up to 18 L/min and pump up to 50 L/min.

The doser for autoclaves is equipped with an FDA-certified (food grade) electropolished 316 stainless steel pump that allows it to be used also for ingredients. It works only with air and the flow rate can be adjusted by means of the pressure regulator. Furthermore, the 0-10 bar pressure gauge allows reading the working pressure.

The autoclave dispenser is compatible with all types of detergents.
