Alca 40 is a liquid alkaline formulation, suitable for the cleaning of closed lines in all sectors of the alimentary industry and beverage bottling. Alca 40 is able to easily remove all residues of fat, proteins and oil from the treated surfaces. In order to optimize the results of washing cycles, we suggest the following descaling acid phase, with a periodicity to be estimated.
