Brescia (Italy), 21 December 2023 - AEB, a renowned international group specialising in biotechnologies, natural ingredients, sanitation and filtration systems for the production of wine, beer and other food and beverages, announces the acquisition of ExperTi, an Italian company based in the province of Verona, born from the lease of the Tebaldi business unit, a company that has been operating for over 30 years in the distribution and sale of biotechnologies and cutting-edge plant solutions for the wine industry.
The acquisition of ExperTi marks AEB's desire to continue to grow and strengthen its leadership in the Italian and international oenological panorama, also by focusing on the acquisition and enhancement of realities of excellence, which complement the Group's offer with products, services, solutions and brands of the highest quality, and allow for an even more widespread network of consultants, technicians and experts supporting wine and beverage producers.
"The acquisition of ExperTi represents a significant step in our ambitious mission to grow in the wine market," said SimonPietro Felice, CEO of the AEB Group. "We join forces with a company that shares our vision of innovation and excellence, thus expanding the range of solutions offered to our customers. Our Group intends to focus more and more on the Biotechnology and Natural Ingredients sectors, and the acquisition of Experti is an important step in this direction, to be followed by others in the next three years," concludes AEB's CEO.
To lead and manage this new chapter, SimonPietro Felice entrusts the running of the ExperTi company to the new CEO Elena Guglierame, an executive and part of AEB's management team since 2019, with experience in innovation and business development plans, and a background as a manager in strategic consulting and distribution companies.
Elena Guglierame, ExperTi's new CEO, says she is honoured and thrilled to receive this appointment and to welcome the new challenge. "ExperTi is a company with extraordinary potential made up of people, skills, products and solutions of undisputed quality, which can be made available to an even wider and more global market.
With AEB's support," continues Guglierame, "we intend to consolidate ExperTi's position as a company and brand of reference in oenology, expanding its organisation, strengthening its level of support and customer service, and accelerating the process of diffusion on the international market.
This acquisition marks another important step in AEB's strategy of continued growth and demonstrates the Group's ongoing commitment to offering cutting-edge solutions to meet the evolving needs of wine and beverage producers globally.
AEB was assisted in the acquisition transaction by Castelletti law and tax firm (based in Verona, Italy) for M&A and legal aspects, and by Rossi Studio, in the person of Dr. Sarah Galiteanu, for HR matters.
