Brescia, 7 September 2023 – AEB Group, the renowned international ingredient company specializing in biotechnology and natural ingredients for the enhancement of wine, beer and other food and beverages production, is pleased to announce the appointment of SimonPietro Felice as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1st, 2023.

SimonPietro Felice brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role at AEB Group, making him the ideal candidate to lead the company into its next phase of growth.

SimonPietro Felice has an impressive track record in the wine industry, boasting 20 years as a CEO across three different assignments. His leadership has been instrumental in the success of both privately held and private equity-backed wine companies, cementing his reputation as a results-driven executive. Notably, before joining AEB and until 31 August 2023, SimonPietro Felice was the CEO of Caviro, the largest wine-selling cooperative in Italy, where he achieved remarkable growth, increasing revenues by 40%.

SimonPietro Felice holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Economics from MIT in Boston and earned his MBA from Bocconi University in Milan. His professional journey has been marked by significant accomplishments, including 7 years as a consultant in both the United States and Italy, with 5 years at Bain & Company, where he honed his strategic acumen.
