OUR STUDY IN COLLABORATION WITH UNITO PRESENTED AT THE CONFERENCE “I SIMPOSIO EN CIENCIA Y TECNOLOGÍA ENOLÓGICA”

On November 12^th was held the virtual conference ““I simposio en ciencia y tecnología enológica” organized by the Centro de Investigación, Desarrollo, Extensión y Servicios “Padre Francisco Oreglia” (CIPFO).

We participated presenting the study conducted in collaboration with the University of Turin. The study, titled "Tratamiento enzimático durante maceración prefermentativa aumenta la selectividad en la extracción de compuestos aromáticos reduciendo el pardeamiento del mosto", allowed the development of Endozym CAT-0, our new product presented this year, ideal for cold maceration of white grapes.
