CHLORINATED ALKALINE DETERGENTS FOR CLEANING WINE ROOMS
Our chlorinated alkaline detergents are ideal for cleaning cooking rooms, heat exchangers, pipes, fermentation tanks and filling systems. They are available in different formulations that are useful at every stage of wine production.
We also have Idrosan NR, a chlorinated alkaline detergent formulated for use in wineries with organic production. The presence of chlorine ensures optimal sanitisation. In addition, it is a detergent that contains no surfactants or sequestering agents of synthetic origin. The detergents of the NR range are optimised and targeted with a view to reducing the pollutant load of the spent solution and packaged in recycled plastic canisters.
