MALOLACT Plantarum Uno is the result of a study carried out by AEB’s R&D team in collaboration with Bionova, our Group’s exclusive producer. The choice of this strain is due to its ability to ferment quickly, thus allowing alcoholic fermentation to take place already in the absence of malic acid.
