Celon is a formulation based on phosphoric acid with a low foaminess, enabling to obtain a descaling solution able to remove inorganic residues from surfaces, a detergent action towards protein dirt and a general biocide action carried out thanks to the presence of cationic compounds. Celon can be used for a wide range of applications in food industries, beverage bottling industries and in the dairy field. Likewise, this formulation finds wide use in the zoo-technical field.
