After the stop due to Covid-19, the annual appointment with the Assoenologi National Congress returns from 25 to 27 March and this year it will be also celebrate its 130^th anniversary, the oldest in its category worldwide. The perfect opportunity to give a sign of recovery for the wine industry and for all the wine professionals.

We, as member of Assoenologi and official sponsors of the Congress, are ready to witness this moment of rebirth with our presence.

The event will be held in Verona, where takes place Vinitaly, the most important wine exhibition of the world.  As always, the Congress will be rich in high profile speeches, with the participation of important institutional figures such as Stefano Patuanelli, the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Massimo Garavaglia, the Minister of Tourism, and Dario Franceschini, the Minister of Culture.

Important topics will be at the centre of the discussion table, such as the future of the oenologist, wine at the centre of the post-Covid-19 recovery and trends in marketing and the wine market. By now a distinctive feature of the Congress is the presence of leading figures from the Italian and international scene: this year the famous wine and food entrepreneur Joe Bastianich and the chef patron of Osteria Francescana Massimo Bottura will be speaking.

The Congress will also be broadcast via web in real time and will close on Sunday 5 November with a tasting session entitled "Viaggio nell'Italia enoica" (Journey through oenological Italy): the focus will be on 15 small, great wines from our territory.
