RIS Acid
Sequestering additive for industrial waters
RIS Acid is a sequestering and descaling additive suited to avoid scale from industrial waters in general, and in particular to control limestone during bottle washing, where it avoids the clogging of nozzles and the dripping effect on bottles, the deposits on walls that are typical of rinsing departments. RIS Acid has been formulated at a high concentration, in order to obtain a high sequestering action towards mineral salts (threshold effect), even in particularly difficult systems. It contains some acid ingredients that enable the neutralization of residuals of alkalinity carried by the bottles coming from the caustic washing sectors. RIS Acid contains no surfactant components and therefore it is able to reduce the polluting charge when discharging it. RIS Acid can be added with automatic dosing systems in proportion to the incoming water both in the rinsing and in the neutralization sections.
