Soon there will be one of the most important appointments for the entire beverage industry. Four years after the last edition, Drinktec is back, the platform number one for the meeting among professionals of beer, juice, soft drink and beverage industry in general.

Of course, AEB will be there! This year, you will discover our product range for the beer production and treatment at our stand (HALL B3, STAND 236). Among the latest news, there is the complete range of dry yeasts, which has been further enriched in order to meet the needs of any type of beer; the new TAN WBT, selected tannin for white and Weiss beers; and Endozym Protease GF, the new formulation for gluten free beers. Moreover, do not forget the products for the treatment of wort, the enzyme range, clarifiers, tannins, nutrients, anti-foaming products, formulations for aromatic and colloidal stability and filter aids.

There are also important developments concerning dry and semi-dry lubrication, where AEB know-how and experience are becoming more and more important: we are talking about the lubrication product and equipment range for all types of bottling lines (PET, glass and cans packaging).

Finally, among the equipment, Reactivateur 60/100, equipment for the yeast reactivation, even in case of small quantities. On show also the innovative Ctrl-Ferm®, patented system for detection and monitoring alcoholic fermentations.

At our stand, you will also better know the range of biotechnologies for the production of juices and ciders, specific maceration and pressing enzymes, yeasts, nutrients, clarifiers and finally filtration products.

To complete the range, the formulations for hygiene and cleaning of breweries, as well as for all types of companies belonging to the F&B sector.

Numerous are the visitors expected for this edition, coming from nearly 80 countries. Exhibitors are around 1.600. In conjunction with Drinktec, SIMEI will be held, the world's most important event for technology and products in the field of oenology.
