BORDEAUX AREA: MEETING ON BIOPROTECTION AND NUTRITION

An important technical meeting on biotechnology, nutrition and the utilization of Primaflora® for microbiological protection of musts has been held on July, 24^th.

The presentations have been arranged by AEB France experts Jean Marie Bercy and André Fuster, with the support of Cesare Bianco. Many oenologists from Bordeaux area attended the event.

At the end of the meeting there was a tasting of wines produced by using AEB technology, among which also wines without Sulphur dioxide produced with Primaflora®.

The meeting took place at the wonderful Chateau Pichon Bellevue, located in Vayres, about 30 km far away from Bordeaux.
