DOSAMATIC

The operation of the DOSAMATIC is ensured by a Teflon membrane mounted on the piston of an electromagnet powered by direct current. When the electromagnet piston is attracted, pressure is produced in the pump body with an expulsion of liquid from the delivery valve. Once the electrical impulse is over, a spring returns the piston to its initial position with a recall of liquid through the intake valve.

Given the simplicity of operation the pump does not need lubrication and maintenance is reduced to almost zero. The materials used to construct the pump also make it suitable for the use of particularly aggressive liquids.

DOSAMATIC it has been designed for flow rates ranging from 0 to 10 L/h and pressures from 0 to 10 Bar. The flow rate can be varied using a special manual control which regulates the number of injections per minute (from approximately 0 to 160).
