Riddling agent based on bentonite and potassium alginate for automatic or manual remuage systems.

  • Can only be used for traditional yeasts such as LEVULIA CRISTAL or LEVULIA PROBIOS
  • Respects the analytical and organoleptic characteristics of the wine
  • Allows optimal clarification of the wine after fermentation in the bottle in 7-10 days for bottles handled with automatic systems or 2 to 3 weeks for those with manual remuage
