AEB FRANCE: SPECIAL EVENT AT THE FOIRE AUX VINS D'ALSACE

AEB France will hold an important technical presentation at the historic Foire Aux Vins d'Alsace, held every year in Colmar, France. The focus of the meeting - scheduled for July 30 at 9:30 - is the malolactic fermentation as well as the selection, production and control of yeast strains.

An interesting tasting of beer refermented in the bottle produced with Alsatian wine must will follow.

The event is exclusively by invitation and is part of the rich calendar of the exhibition, which will take place from July 27 to August 5. Begun in 1948, the exhibition attracts over 350 exhibitors and thousands of national and international visitors.
