AEB INTEGRITY TEST

INNOVATIVE AUTOMATIC TESTER TO CHECK THE INTEGRITY OF MEMBRANE FILTERS

AEB INTEGRITY TEST is an innovative automatic tester that is used to check the integrity of membrane filters used in the food and beverage industry. It can be used to test membranes placed in a housing with volumes from 0.025 to 999 litres.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE AEB INTEGRITY TEST?

    Automatic pressure relief from the housing at the end of the test

    Possibility to perform 19 different tests and to store up to 200 tests

    Certification of the test performed by issuing a receipt

APPLICATIONS

The AEB integrity test is used for:

 

  • integrity test measurement of the cartridges in use
  • membrane test pressure maintenance test
  • membrane validation.

  • Stainless steel pressure connector
  • Male Stäubli compressed air connector RBE03
  • Female Stäubli filter connector RBE03
  • Built-in printer with 57 mm wide paper roll
  • Infrared sensor for connection to keyboard
  • Grey white case for the instrument made of ABS (UL94HB) and polycarbonate
