AEB ACQUIRES THE MAJORITY STAKE OF DANMIL, EUROPEAN LEADER MANUFACTURER IN THE FILTRATION SECTOR

After the acquisition in 2017 of Innotec Tecnologie Innovative, company specialized in forefront engineering solutions, AEB Group further expands, by acquiring the majority stake of DANMIL, a Danish company leader in Europe in the production of filter elements.

Since 1986, DANMIL has been successful in offering high quality filter products for the pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical and beverage industries, in full compliance with the latest good manufacturing standards and state regulations. DANMIL offers innovative and digital solutions, such as RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) chips on filters, developed in collaboration with customers. The company generated revenues of 9 million euros in 2018, with an average annual growth of 15% over the last 2 years. Michael Lindh, a member of the founding family, will remain CEO of DANMIL.

Mario Tomasoni, AEB Chairman and CEO, declares: "I am happy to welcome Michael and his collaborators in AEB Group. With this acquisition, AEB improves its offer of advanced solutions to help wineries and breweries to produce the best possible products, from harvesting to bottling; it enriches its catalogue with high quality microfiltration products, further improving its one-stop-shop positioning for its customers, and increases its presence in the Nordic countries.
