EVO Filter is the end result of a filtration design par excellence, used particularly for extra virgin olive oil and all other situations where depth filtration is normally required, especially with filtering layers (sheets).

The advantages are manifold:

The filtration process takes place entirely in the absence of air.
Housing extraction is extremely simple via a panel that allows oil pressure management using nitrogen gas and connection to a cylinder.
An inverter and gearmotor allow filtering even at very low flow rates (usually the case in mills) and prevent pressure surges.
Significant effort and time savings in managing the filter.
Reduced filtration costs.
Quality of oil maintained over time.
