Aromax B4 Liquid is a product that, mixed with Noxitan Ammonium Gal, creates a powerful antioxidant, ideal to be used in all situations where the must comes into contact with oxygen for long periods of time. Specific to be used in mechanical harvesters and in means of transport causing significant leakage of must from the grapes, which may cause oxidations with significant loss of aromatic and colour compounds and development of the indigenous flora present on the skins and on the means employed.
